does adsense approve HTML codes of free domain name providers ?

    (1)If my blog shows html code of free domain name provideres like co.cc or co.nr,which is mandatory to avail free domain name.
    that code represents ad like-

    (2) is blog promotion sites code is accepted?
    both codes dont give any monetary benefits but their use is mandatory for using their services.ex blogtopsites etc

    Free domain names are considered as a spam source so you should avoid to us free domains for adsense.
