Does Adsense allow free mp3 download website?

I am making a free mp3 download website with latest indian and pakistani songs.

should i place adsense ads in it?

Free MP3 download normally against the copyright rules which are against adsense TOS

 

If you don't own copyright of those mp3... its a big NO NO..!
But, I saw lot of sites doing that with out any problems.. but, its always risky!

Risky.. i have had clients buy MP3 sites because of high traffic, they added Adsense and were banned so i would suggest you use adbrite or something like that

 

Depends which mp3 you are going to use, if you own the copyright, or if it aint copyrighted you can use it without any problem.

 

I have mp3s of latest movies. I edit the tag of mp3s to my website and hosting them on my server. Is that copyrighted?

that mp3 you hosted on your site aren't illegal , and as everybody knows google hates illegal things.

 

see... if something you are sharing on your site and it is copyright by someone else it is not allowed by adsense and its considered as warez

whats the best solution for that, i mean best adsense alternative for a mp3 search/download site. i have a mp3 sites. it got daily 10-15k unique visitor per day. i use only Popads. net and infoliks ads. If anyone knows better paying adsense alternative, please inform me.

You must create your own mp3 for AdSense or else will be banned.

You serious? Have you read the thread? The guy asked if he could put adsense on free MP3 site. He needs to do SEO first, build legitimate traffic, then apply for adsense. If he puts adsense on it early (It sounds like he just started the website since he says he is "making" a website), he will likely be banned from adsense or declined. If he gets a good stream of organic traffic, he has a better chance to do well with adsense.

And as for past padding....his post is likely just a shameless plug for his website.
