    I you wish to take a gamble you can try but at the end of the day (or in the afternoon) you would be the loser (no more adsense account).

    Old post but came up in Google while I was searching for the answer myself, figure I would update.

    This is directly from GOOGLE:
    AdSense publishers aren't permitted to place Google ads on sites with gambling or casino-related content. In other words, if your site accepts money or allows users to place bets in exchange for an opportunity to earn cash or other prizes, then it's unacceptable to place Google ads on your site. Please note that this policy also prohibits the placement of Google ads on sites that link to online gambling sites.

    I think the bolded section is what would get a lot of us.

    Sites displaying Google ads may not include:
    Gambling or casino-related content

    I know you are not happy about this, but that's it!

    Nowadays in some countries Adsense is allowing gambling related sites but I didn't recommend.

    I wrote a review of a very good casino ads as adsense alternative using PayPal, you can read and use the promo and/or research more to find better options. For me that is a very good one in this niche.
