Just wondering... if you start off a brand new site... and it's ad intensive, does google not like that? because it gives the impression the site was made just for adsense?

I wanted to build up at least 200-300 visitors a day before putting ads on the site, but will i be penalized at all? for changing the pages so much? (3 ad blocks)

    what do you suggest?

I've never seen a site penalized for adding forms of advertising or monetization on a site. That wouldn't make sense. Just because a site has a monetization strategy in place during the launch, doesn't mean the quality of the content is null.

I don't think adding ads will affect your rankings. Just make sure you have plenty of content, and the ads won't cause any trouble.

Google can't even see the ads (robots like Googlebot don't support Javascript). However, Text Links, or other "text" additions to the website would impact your rankings, as SE's can see it. (Granted it could improve your ranking too). Great idea about waiting until the website is more established to put ads on it. You wouldn't want to prematurely drive people away from the website.
