Does AdBrite usually contact websites ?

I got a mail today from AdBrite where they told me that they "would like to include my site into their network".

Later in the mail, after explaining about themselfes, they wrote...

"We would like to put together a proposal with some screenshots of how AdBrite Inc. would look on your website if you are interested?"

I have only had Adsense on my site (16 months old now, reasonable popular), is AdBrite worth looking into ? What do they mean by "Proposal" ? Is the "Proposal" just about the ad placement, or could it include payment proposal also ?

Anyone else had such a mail from them ? Is it just a standard mail they send when they find a site so nothing special ?

I haven't heard of them personally contacting webmasters, so it might be something special.

If they're willing to put the work in, let them.. if they will get you more revenue I'd take it. Have a look at similar sites in their network and see what sort of rates they're recieving.

They maybe contacting you because they have excess inventory they want to put into circulation or you may have a niche where not too many people are targetting - good luck!
