I've heard horror stories about how new sites get random visitors who click hundreds of time on their adsenses getting the publisher's site/ip banned from adsense, and adsense won't investigate since the site is too small. Is adbrite safer and does offer good publisher protection?
Hmm, if you take a look at their blog (here), you will see a video. If you watch it, it says that they manually approve publishers. So I think they would monitor stuff as well like that.
i had saw that video and i thought, what it takes for a publisher to get rejected? search keyword warez and you get 2 pages. browse though the marketplace and you'll see payper click and sites that only have advertisements. i'm curious if they monitor clicks at all.
Well adbrite approves the publishers after having a look on the site * though they have many warez listed * .... so far I have never heard of anyone getting banned from adbrite < i have heard abt it from clicksor > . Though Adsense is more reliable / has more advertisers and is better for sure
DP, We do ban publishers if we notice fraudulent clicks, etc. We sit in a unique position where we are a completely transparent network, so any advertiser can see the sites they are running on during a campaign. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. Thanks, Chris
i receive a lot of fraud clicks from some of their publishers, but they're not counted in my daily total.
Hello Mr. AdBriteChris! Adbrite has always been good for me, however I must say you may scare away advertisers with so many Warez sites. I mean everyone I go on to ¨research¨ has Adbrite on!
I use adbrite and I'm Happy.... I mean I use it as both an advertiser and a publisher and i'm satisfied with both results.
TVCokeCan, If you buy ads with our new system which is on the homepage of AdBrite.com, and run across our network you can see EVERY site you are running on. If a site doesn't seem to be working for you or is providing clicks that you don't like simply pause your ads on that site. We are 100% transparent, so this benefits everyone. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Chris
