Does a non-nude site needs to follow 2257?

    Hi guys I am creating a non-nude site (No nudity & no adult content)

    All models are the age of 18 years old or older. There are no nudity whatsoever. Only models in thongs/bras.

    Some models are the age of 18 however they may look a bit younger than their age.

    Do I still need to follow the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Compliance Statement?

    What should I do?

    So the models can wear whatever they want as long as there is no nudity involved right?
