New IP on my site. I Think I got a SERPs hit pretty hard. Can anyone confirm this hypothesis? Any chance I can recover quickly? Same domain, Same site, different IP address for host.

it's very possible, especially if that ip address is shared with a known spammer. If your site was down at all that can cause your site to drop until google revisits your site and you will slowly recover your serps rannk.

It was never down. Server change happened instantly. I backed up everything and transfered it all before even changing the DNS on the domain to make Zero downtime.

Then you should be fine. Unless your dns went down, then you don't have anything to worry about,

It could possibly affect SERPS depending on the IP.

If the IP resides to a different country to the original then google may adjust the rankings to reflect this.
