Does a link from PR0 URL count?

    Of course it helps, but since it is a PR0 page, you can expect the PR juice you can get is extremely small. Maybe in one day, that page can gain a higher PR.

    It counts but its not very good. its only on top of links with no follow tags and links from pages that have no PR at all, not even zero

    It counts more than a PR9 page with nofollow tags.
