Does a GIF animation run in a flash movie

    Will a GIF animation run in a flash movie. Lets say i import a GIF animation to a layer and run the movie. Will the animation run... sorry i don't have the resources to test it out at the mo... just curious

    Yes, when you import it flash breaks it into frames and then makes it into a movieclip which will play.
