Does a Dedicated IP Matter for Successul AdWords PPC?

    I know it's a strange question.. but has anyone thought it matters to Google and possibly affects CPCs. I'm concerned that the IP I share with 100 other websites affects Google's scoring for my PPC.

    I also wonder if a dedicated IP would help my SEO efforts given the above scenario.
