Paypal never limited your account for fast rate transaction but they limited your account only if they found any suspicious activity in your account.

    DON.

no sir they have limited my account a lot of times,

i have a hosting website, and i had a premier account that time. they limited my account for no reason , when i contacted them, they said that they found some suspicious activity of withdrawing my money to my bank account, although i use to withdraw only twice a week

Paypal has many factors for limiting an account, one being an increase in transaction volume. If you slowly work up to a certain volume you may be OK, but any major increase will almost always cause a hold. This is true for both increases in volume, and increase in transaction sizes. Also, paypal definitely has a withdrawal threshold, that they will limit an account if you withdraw a very large amount, so it's best to make small withdrawals often.

The type of accounts that you have does nothing to increase or reduce the ability to get limited. It depends on whether paypal suspect you of violating any of the acceptable usage policy. If you have not done so, please visit paypal website and read and memorized the acceptable usage policy and user agreement.

When you receive payment, use either Buy Now, Subscription or Request for Money/Paypal Invoice option when you receive payment. Make sure that you can proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that you provided the service.

Since you upgraded to a Business account, make sure that you actually have a registered business or incorporated company with a business bank account. You would be more required to issue invoices for services because that's what business have to do. Also make sure that you verify your account with a proper bank-issued credit card and not one of those VCC.

When Paypal limits your account, they would have mentioned why your account got limited. Make sure find out why.

Theres nothing to do with the type of account.
They will only make your account limited if they fine unusual behavior. Like repetitive failed login, login from foreign IP Address, non-resolved chargeback etc.

if paypal sees anything suspicious they wont really look at the account type they would limit the account until they conclude their investigation

The main and the most common reason why Paypal limits is if they find 3rd party using/accessing your account.
So i don't think the type of paypal account matters in this case.
