Does a backlink need to index?

    Google web master and other tools are not showing my backlinks completely, is remaining back links are not indexed.

    Once you build your backlinks, you have a number of options to get them crawled and/or indexed. You can use RSS Feeds, you can use one of the many indexing or crawling services and of course you can run them through SB.

    yes they need to index. without this you can't get any benefit from the links to your site.
