Doctor Strange & Arrival

    Went to see Doctor Strange a week ago and Arrival today.

    If you enjoy Sci Fi both are really great movies. However, your preteen / teen kids would probably enjoy Doctor Strange, but I would advise against taking them to watch Arrival. Arrival is a totally different beast. It's a bit more heavy, deep, thought-provoking. I thoroughly enjoyed it, though. Definitely for a more mature audience. As a matter of fact, when I looked around, most people in my theater looked over 30.

    Go see them both!!

    I loved the Dr. Strange comic books as a kid! I am really looking forward to seeing this one. Thanks for the review and additional incentive to see it.

    Arrival was definitely a though provoking film. Thought about it long after I left the theater. Having seen Strange yet but saving that one for another day.
