Doctor says i have cancer

i have been a member on here for some time and traded quite a lot and been a good active member i feel.

i have just been diagnosed with cancer which is a real pain in the arse.

i want to make a blog about myself and for my young family.

is there anyone out there who could lend a hand in any way.

i live in the uk and am employed as a air loadmaster in the royal airforce but would like anyone to help in any small way.

im sorry to hear about your diagnoses, i have always went through very bad health problems but come out the other end.

Stay positive, change your diet to include as healthy foods as possible such as seaweeds, fruit, vegetables and so on. Quit smoking if you do. Start juicing fruit and vegetables see my sig if you need information.

Stay and think positive. Most cancers are treatabe with good results now a days.

That is some of the best advice anyone can give. A positive attitude, exercising, and eating right are not just superficial lifestyle elements, they enable the body to perform at its peak, which means battling diseases or illnesses which threaten it. The way we treat our own bodies (in the end) will either help us live or help us die.
