I'm just wondering if YPN bans publisher for low CTR.. what if it's too high and also how do you define low/high CTR?

    I don't think so.

    I have two sites...

one does pretty well (around .05%)

the other not so well (around .02%)

Yahoo doesn't ban accounts for CTR as long as it's genuine. It ranges from 2% to 20+% on different sites - and ad relevance plays a huge role. They have banned accounts for low quality traffic - meaning that people are clicking your ads, but not converting for the advertiser. That's how the "banned for myspace traffic" story was started - it wasn't because they ban myspace traffic, but myspace can bring low quality traffic.

I agree with you mjewel. I actually contacted YPN about this a few weeks back and they said the number of clicks does not really matter but the quality of the clicks is what is important. if you get 10,000 clicks and only 10 people buy something/convert for the advertiser your clicks are not quality clicks etc. if you get 3 clicks and 1 buys something it is a lot better for the advertiser etc.

    Bye
