I do not write down goals, Man Proposes God Disposes. I am more towards looking for small gains and small steps towards my ideals but writing them down, no. I think it placed undue pressures on yourself which may be counterproductive.
Yeah I do tend to write them down so I have a set of objectives I have to stick to. If they're not written down then you tend to let them get away from you.
same here... I get sidetracked... Writing down your goals allows you to apply the law of concentration. Rich people write down their goals and they write down the thing they have to do on that day.
I've been in my present job for over 22 years now, and I am much amazed at how I am able to do it! Since the day I first took this job, up to now, I have always put in writing all the things that I intended to do everyday, how I did all of it, and what happened eventually. I don't even simply consider it planning, I like to call it a thorough chronicle of everything that I want to do, and the results of everything that I have done.
