Goal-writing is no doubt a very effective way to get you motivated and help you take action towards certain achievements. A lot of self-help experts and psychologists advocate goal writing as a must for any kind of plan, whether it is personal or business. So do you write down your as well as personal goals? How has goal-writing helped you?
I use to but I found that they were lost in the shuffle of paperwork and I lost track of them. Now i just try to set goals and work toward them without writing them down.
Yes I have a white board in my room where I write down my goals for the year, so every morning I wake up to it.
Writing down your goals is very effective way of itching them permanently in your mind.... I have developed this habit of writing down...way too early in life.... Regards, RightMan
Yes. I write my goals on a paper the size of a credit card and then I laminate it. I put it on my wallet and will remember my goals every time when I'm paying something.
Writing goal is good habit and focusing mind toward goal is great habit. People write goals but very few focus on it
I did try to write down my goals in the past when developing websites; but due to time constraints, I have stopped doing so.
I always write them down so I can always look at them. If I don't I get distracted be stupid stuff that will never make me any money.
I do not write down goals because I do not really believe in goals that have to be written down. I usually have my personal goals in my mind and I keep them there. This motivates me enough!
I used to write in a paper. There were too many goals and I needed many papers which made my room a mess. I stopped writing then, now I keep my longest goal in my mind and shortest ones in folders....
I write the works to be done in a bit of paper and keep it safe. As I complete the task one by one, I will delete them in that order and new tasks are added. So the list is never ending and grows. When the space is insufficient, it is time to get a new bit of paper...
I do, but not in a way like " must earn £30k by the summer " more along the lines of weekly goals, " complete tasks 1, 2, 3, 4 + 5, purchase bla bla " things like that Learn this n that, acheivable goals i will jot down otherwise i can forget many ideas and something gets delayed longer than it needed to be.
