Do you completely run your blog(s) by yourself, or do you have a partner? There are many aspects of running a blog, and at times I feel a little overwhelmed...or maybe it could be just me. So which way do you think is better, with or without a business partner?
i manage one of blog alone and have a newtwork with a business partner...initially i made blogs in wordpress.com where i couldn't make $$ as that was not allowed he helped me shift to host...and we are making goodn $$ from network blog..
I currently work alone but I think that when you you run more blogs you need some help to come up with unique content once in a while. To really be successful you need teamwork in my opinion. Fabian
I am slowly using partners. not just for blogging but for creating ideas / sites etc. I love to code to and play with php but i am not good enough at english to write real good articles and content...it's something i started last week so i need to look how things turn out but you know what they say...2 know more then 1
Partners are good to contributing content, but 1 partner should always have his/her focus on the blog itself, design, structure and advertising. Paying for someone to manage a blog doesn't make much sense, unless you need to have your nose buried in content creation.
I work alone, although if my 'empire' (what? ) keeps expanding at its current rate I may hire a couple of people. That's for my blog. For other business, I work with multiple partners
