Officially alone but have 6 "helpers" who get a stipend about about a dozen more who help out.

Had a paid intern for about a month. Got her college credit for it too. Cost me a fortune.

For me if I have a budget, I prefer to hire people or outsource. It will lessen the stress and makes your business more productive.

Do your work first, then hire people to do the rest. Most of the time, two persons produce more than three alone.

I worked alone when I first started my business. After a few months, it was too much for me to handle on my own! :)

I prefer to work alone. It's difficult to hire someone to do your job who does not have sufficient knowledge of the world wide web.

I have no "employees", but I outsource a lot of work.

there is a limit to how much work a single person can do.

solo - do most of the work myself to save money and boost ROI

outsource if i have too much work or tasks i dont wish to do

i work better solo as i only have to rely on myself and there is less variables that can cause problems

Well, actually I love to work alone, but.... outsourcing your work is also a good idea. Getting access to high-quality services at a cost-effective price is the biggest benefit that you can get while outsourcing your work.
