I clean my keyboard with spirit every month. There are waterproof /washable keyboards and waterproof mice and pads. You can use soap and water to clean these keyboards. Don’t use Petroleum based cleaning fluids, such as Gasoline, Turpentine or oil, Buffing pads or scrubbing pads.UCool Washable keyboard has a drain hole beneath each single key to allow liquids to exit the keyboard quickly and freely . Unotron Washable Mice include the world's first washable mouse with a scroll wheel .No special drivers required. . .
Washing you keyboard is a good idea . Dip your Keyboard in a bucket full of water add some Detergents to it. Let it be like this for 15-20 Mins. Add some drop of Acid in it . Thats it you are done..!!! Now Connect it and use it,Your Keyboard will work better than b4.
you cant wash someone's keyboard or mouse but you can only wash your hands after using them. I always wipe my keyboard and mouse at least every other week.
I never have! But you have made me think! Maybe I should go and buy some cleaning products for this IT stuff! Probably is a lot of germs on there!
Every Friday i take an air can to the keyboard, then wipe down my keyboard and mouse with all-purpose cleaner.
I never washed or cleaned it before, but after reading this thread i got remembered that i need to clean it... I do it on next weekend, now my i looked on my keyboard there are dust between the keys and i am going to brush it now.... I think i can buy a new one instead of cleaning....
fuh...it's been a couple years i use the keyboard and mouse. never thought that it keeps a lot of bacteries hahahahaha so i think i'll just clean it with a dust remover.
The USB cleaners are also seen to be getting common these days for Laptop Use, which would suck the dirt from the keyboard. I guess washing would be a bad idea, unless you want to screw up your laptop.
I only flip back my keyboard when I'm done using my PC this way dust won't accumulate on keyboard pads and on mouse nothing.
