    I have a facebook page with 3k fans and growing, and my profile has 600+ friends. You can pay me per week to post as many status links as you want on them, or pay me per status. i.e $3 per week to post as many links as you want me to. Or $0.10 for every link I post? PM me if you want to negotiate as they are prices I made up.

    you might have better response in BST section however to answer your question. I do have a couple fan page with 30000 Fans in total. Also I am able to get you Facebook Fans, Traffic, and App Installs through my unique method I wrote in my ebook.

    I also have a Like site with quite good amount of traffic. I can offer you a banner there for a cheap price for a couple months.
