Do you use your Gmail account for Adsense?

Hey,

I'm just wondering, do you guys use your same account for both Gmail and Adsense? Or is it better to create a new account just for Adsense?

 

I use the same. But your poll has arisen questions. If you adsense account gets banned, does that mean your email is also banned?

I don't think Google will ban your email account if they block Adsense, they run them as two separate businesses!

i use a different one because i signed up for adsense before my gmail...and i can't get it changed...

Nah, I use Hotmail, hehe.

 

The two can be linked but being banned from adsense has no bearing on your gmail, unless you're involved with spamming or fraud ;-)

 

If you use gmail account as adsense account too, and if ur adsense account banned then don't worry your gmail account is safe, the will mail you that your account got banned lol I don't use gmail account for adsense.

 

no they are not going to ban ur gmail if they ban ur adword account because i got banned and i still use my gmail account

 

Hmm never thought of the implications of having them linked. I have two never liked it, but maybe I like it a little more after thinking about it that way.

 

I use it, and it has its advantages, every service at hand in my account area.

 

ya, that's why i want to use mine...but they won't let you change it to a gmail account from another one, don't know why though...

Well I use Yahoo. At the time I joined AdSense I hadn't had a Gmail Account.
