    twitter is microblogging - basically thats just posting short messages. But everybody has different uses for Twitter and I think it takes about week for people actually understand what it is. my profile for example is www.twitter.com/feint

    I use Twitter, and contrary to popular belief, it is great for networking and finding out what's hapenning in and around your niche and the blogosphere/internet in general.

    Shoemoney's a huge fan of twitter, but I honestly can't see how it'd help a small time webmaster like me in the long haul...not in the niche I'm in.

    One of the best ways of promotion and getting easy readers for him.

    As soon as a post is made in his blog, he shares it in twitter, which gets in hundreds of visitors.
