I used Twitter for marketing purpose. It drove decent traffic, but it was a little less qualified than traffic coming from other sources such as search engines and article directories.

I've had 2 accounts suspended because I started following too many people too quickly, (in order to increase my followers base).
So now I'm taking this more slowly.

Yea, you can definitely see how flooded Twitter is with spam and marketers. I think that it's pretty much just a phase type thing.

i use twitter to just stay in touch and communicate with my friends. instead of email i use twitter.

 

I dont find any fun in using twitter. I can follow many many people so I dont think he gives attention to any of them. But I know it is still famous and very powerful tool for marketing.

i use twitter to promote my website and i get around 100 Visitors from 3 - 4 tweets daily with 1200 followers so i think its quite good

 

I use twitter when I have polls coz I gain loads of votes from it..And also I gain loads of traffic too from US and UK if I use twitter...
