I am currently testing it. The thing is, with the kind of business that we have, it's a bit challenging to do it.
Maybe it isn't Twitter that isn't working, but more like you that can't work with Twitter. I've earned a lot of money through Twitter and I've seen many others making a lot of money through it too. Ofcourse there are always people who make nothing about it; but at least they're not telling others it isn't working. It's sad that it isn't working for you, you're like only one of the few people I know that can't earn money by Twitter. It's one of the easiest things online in fact. Try reading a book about it, but make sure it's a good one. If you're really Anti-Twitter than use your time to build websites like you're probably doing now and forget about Twitter. - Aquarezz
*chuckles* Aquarezz, like so many other noobs, and basically kids, with dead sites who post shit just to post, you are talking out of your ass. Weird-ass people here.
Thanks for the laugh. Ready to launch a battle between us to? Creating a site in the same niche that we both like or that members can choose, and than after 3 or 6 months see which one of us has the most popular one? Watching forward for it in fact Now I'll stop hijacking this thread, it's totally off topic but if you want to battle, please send me a PM. I'll give an answer on Saturday when I'm back from vacation. @Staff: Please forgive this off-topic reply. It's something that I should do to make people understand that it's not because it doesn't work for them, it doesn't work for everybody. I'm not good at all in the technology niche -- does that mean the technology niche sucks? Not at all, since Tech-Faq.Com is performing awesome. Thanks, Aquarezz
No problem, kid. Have fun at Disney World with your mommy and daddy. *shakes head* Dumb noobs and kids here....
Yes, I do use twitter and I love it. Just like other social network sites, Twitter is great in driving traffic in blogs, staying updated with folks and other people.
I use Twitter but I doubt as well as I could be. Speaking about books and sites Twitter marketing related, any suggestions?
You could use tips, tactics and techniques as specified in the website thetwittermethod.com. Finding suitable people to follow, can be obtained through using a web based portal like mrtweet.com. Further, if you use tweetbuyer.com, you can find really targeted customers or people looking for info on your products, and it may be easier to convert them into buyers in your niche, depending on how competitive your niche is.
It's done with pleasure, adult. Thanks, I'm definitely going to check it out! I'm currently working on a comics website, so this might come in handy - Aquarezz
I have. Mainly to push links that I earn money by people clicking on. I haven't done it a lot but I've earned about $50.00 from about an hour's work. It is something I'm looking to do a lot more of now I've offloaded a lot of my blogs.
For the unenlightened amongst us though, PhilipR, could you actually give us a list of reasons why it doesn't work, or maybe a case study or two, rather than just say "It's crap and if you don't agree you're a dumbass". I'm willing to hear why it doesn't work - especially since the organisation I'm working for is eyeing it with interest - but I need actual reasons: 'PhilipR says so' won't cut it I'm afraid .
what happen here? if you are not agree with others, just state your point and that's it. we can discuss and learn from each other
When you use Twitter make sure you know what you're doing. Don't "advertise" with Twitter because people don't want to follow someone who constantly pumps out tweets that says "click here" or bland hype.
