I do use SEOPresser and I have my students also use it. If a person is new to on site SEO I think it is a great inexpensive tool.
Damn, I wish I had an affiliate link to send you through :)

Just teasing about the link, I highly recommend it.

seo presser is evil.. just my two cents actual % it shows is much loser then what it really is so if you get say 95% score it is almost always considered keyword stuffing to google

I agree, it is not needed to have some paid SEO plugin installed as long as high-quality SEO plugins like All in one SEO or SEO plugin from yoast and others are free.

I have been thinking about this a lot lately and I am beginning to think that the 2-4% keyword density should really be 2-4% semantically relevant keywords...i.e. words related to your main keyword.

Personally, I think 2-4% of the same word or phrase is a red flag that lowers your trust value.

    Just my opinion.

I have used Easy WP SEO plugin, and I'd like to tell you onpage optimization is totally overrated. Build a good quality site that addresses the concerns of your visitors and provides them the information they are looking for or solves the problem for which they came searching for a site like yours, then go do offpage optimization (link building), which is where all your ranking power will come from.
