    I think depend on the targeting market, if the market is intending for general country then it is no need to set as target user.

    tell us your niche and we might be able to help...for instance in my field, Latin America is pretty much useless so there is no market for it, I have to look elsewhere, but there are some places where you can make money regionally

    I am using it for one of the sites and I think it is affecting the behavior because I really get most of the traffic from the specified country.
