Do you use Google Maps on any of your sites?

I'm considering adding Google maps on one of my sites. Do you have suggestions? Have you found it worth the effort?

 

Yes, and almost unbelievably I receive significant traffic from Google searches for some pages which are almost solely a Google Map .

 

Yes, I use it on my Self Storage website to help locate local storage facilities. Well worth the effort

I've never used it but planning on putting it on my site. I think it will be good for the visitors. it will make your site look like got more features. but make sure it will not slow your site loading time.

Not for SEO purposes, bu in terms of visitor usefulness. If you have any location based info, then why not add maps?

I have been using maps to locate houses for sale, but I did not notice any trafic changes.
Actually I do not see why these maps should have some influence upon trafic.

 

Yup I use Google maps. Makes sense if you want to get indexed faster with Google.

Goolge sitemap helps you to get indexed faster and to index your deep pages forgot by google.

 

I find Google sitemaps very helpful for my sites. You can also add site map page on your site, it is very important.

I've used it but personally never seen any great benefits ... if it fits well on your site then implement it as it usually looks good and adds impressive functionality for little effort.

 

Has anyone found it to be bandwidth or database intensive (on your server)?
