Do you use eyeglasses for protection?

If you use those big funky glasses meant to help your eyes against the computer screen, you are much braver than I. They are ridiculous looking.

 

No i don't use glasses.

 

I just bought a new LED monitor today for my PC and there is little danger of radiation from it. So far, I didn't use glass and from here onwards, there won't be any need for glass

 

not for protection actually. it's for my minus eye.

 

I don't think it is physically possible to use a computer 20 hours a day.

 

i cannot work effectively without my eyeglasses···

 

I use lenses most of the time but now im trying not to get used to it.

if my eyes get hurt, i just need to take a rest, and than my eyes get normal again

As like others users, I am also one of the computer users.

Still not need to use glasses as because of,

always follow some health tips for eye especially for Computer Users,

Like

to grasp coldness through milk and honey etc...

 

I use eyeglasses regular, because I work on computer for more then 8 hours in a day. When I am riding my bike, I always wear a helmet.
