    Hi,
    here is a genuine problem , might be helpful for you..
    Last month i purchased a Epson L-565 A4 Size Colour Printer (Print,Scan,Copy,Fax,Wifi) 4 Colour CISS Tank and after a week it started with a problem of not connecting with mobile device and could not print.
    also, wifi printing took too long.
    i got upset as i have invested a huge amount on printer.
    so one of my friend told me to contact epson support and you wont believe they just soughted out within a couple of minutes by just telling me few instructions.
    So if you also know some epson printer helpline please forward it to problem seekers.
