Do you use e-gold?

Hello people around the world.

I am doing a research study here. I am trying to find out how many people use e-gold and what country is it most common in; as it is not very common in the USA.

Any opinions about egold are welcome.

I don't use e-gold but some of my friends use it as people used to pay via e-gold in past times and even if they pay via paypal they used to give second priority to e-gold but now a days i think so not much people are using it as i see some topics going around here in this forum about e-gold ... Being a Pakistani i can say that still people are using it here and specially those having old accounts

I am still using it and actively buy EG with my Paypal. But, in Hong Kong, it is not that popular.

Yup.Paypal looks more popular than e-gold.
I think Moneybookers also good. Have you tried it ?

 

I stopped using e-gold when i got scammed in HIYP

haven't tried Moneybookers. I always see the name here on DP what is it? I have a paypal account but looking for different places to keep my money.

 

If I may can you explain a little more about how you got scammed? This is part of the research I'm working on here.

I also use moneybookers and its a good payment method as well just like paypal and used by many people.Paypal don't offer some countries so its a good alternative for paypal for such people

 

I have never used eGold. I have been with Paypal since they first started and I have never had a problem. they are also the most popular so it is easy to do business.

 

I'm seeing a lot of positive talk about moneybookers and in other threads. I see a lot of deals made too. Nice!

I have used e-gold before and I think people mostly using e-gold are those countries that have no paypal or cannot accept paypal payments. So most of which are in Asia or in the middle east countries.
