Hello, many companies now use software solutions(ready-made or customized) to drive their campaigns on Google Ads to save time and money, reduce human involvement etc. Have you ever tried any in your work? How was it?
I've tested out a couple of these, notably Wordstream. I still use their free monthly reports. These platforms are great for identifying opportunities and making quick decisions but I do feel that you can't rely entirely on their automations. Google Ads has so many of these already built in and IMO nothing beats the human element.
