Personally, I don't like automated link building software. I prefer the manual way. You cant go wrong with the manual method.
Please do not use link software and not do more research on this because Google and other search engine count it as spam do it manually.

I used to purchase and use many software to build links. Honestly, most of these sites which have backlinks built automatically went into sandbox. I wasted thousands and learned something really important about backlinks- The Best kind of backlinks are backlinks which are high quality and built manually. Every software has its footprint. Imagine thousands of people build backlinks with the same software with exactly the same pattern, same websites... Do you think Google will sit there and let everyone game their system? This will definitely alert Google and and it will do something. If you are really interested in using software to build links, always remember to choose those which are expensive because not many people use them and the provider normally do a good work in maintaining the quality such as linkvana. Remember to blend in some backlinks you build manually too. People have reported these expensive softwares are useless if you rely on it solely.
I've tested it once on my blog and it did help a thing. The organic way of linking is still valuable than those link building softwares. Time consuming yet effective....
