    i used to receive money only so not sure abt adding funds , cc usage etc

    I have alertpay account....its very simple to create and use.. we can do transaction with bank account which you have.

    We using AlertPay. It's very stable and simple for use.
    Fees are also good. I recommend it ;)

    I've used alertpay quite a few times and didn't had any problems!
    Really good alternative for Paypal and moneybookers

    Alertpay is great to use in European region. But it does not support all countries.It is almost same as Paypal.

    I been using AlertPay as Middle East verified member for all most a year, I never had any problems, very simple, professional, honest, intime email notifications.

    I'm just wondering if they started their card, would be much appreciated anyone got informations. :)
