How many of you use adwords and what is the ratio of money you earn against you spend. I am not sure but i think they call it conversion rate. Approximate answers would help. Please suggest.
Not to give specifics, but I have a 30-40% ROI. That means I earn about 30-40% more than I spend on adwords, and from what I've read and heard that isn't even that great.
I do have a webshop where i track sales from adwords, there i have a turnover sale of 2700% of what i use in adwords. (not profit but turnover, profit is also good) some of my other sites has a roi between 5% and 30%, so adwords can work quite well, but it all depends on the marked, competitors, what you offer and your ads.
Hmmm.. Seems like i could try investing in Adwords. I'll do it the next month when i get my salary n try some traffic out there.. And yeah does google send traffic to blogs even?
Yes you should really try out I have pretty good results with Adwords promoting affiliate products. And I did them in blogs
I've never tried out SEO but heard it is the best. I've seen ppl suggesting to find the sources in the internet and the onces which i read were not tht useful. Could anyone suggest 1-2best sources for SEO?
I have mixed opinion about buying traffic through adwords. For some people the roi is good but for many, it is a real loss. That's why I concentrate on SEO
I used Adwords before for some affiliate programs while their agreements allowed advertising in search engines. It was pure arbitrage (not Adsense Arbitrage!). I would keep any campaign that costs less than the revenue it generated. So I earned more than I spent in Adwords with only little risk. Now I stopped using Adwords, as all affiliate programs do not allow the use of PPC advertising anymore. Or mainly I don't have time to hunt for those affiliate programs that are good with PPC.
my brother uses adwords and he kinda mastered the art i would say. hi's bidding on one of the most competitive search term and doing very well. he spends about 8-10k a month and gets about 6-7k back in profit. however, at the beginning when he started, he would spend 100% and just break even, nothing to take home. its all about how much your bid cost is per keyword. bid cost depends on your QS and CTR. higher your quality score is and higher the CTR is, lower your bid cost. i seen lot of people losing money on adwords and just taking a walk. lot to learn before starting it or you are dead.
Me too. It's cheaper and with long term results. But it's a big time consuming process, mainly the out-page factors.
