TMI, Tim.... (Which, I just noticed, are the letters of your name re-arranged) No, in casual conversation, I don't usually have my hands all over the other person. Unless it's a close friend, then I do ocassionally. And depending on the situation, I will put my hands all over him when I am talking... Sometimes I do more touching than talking... Sometimes words are just not needed...
I've got a friend who is as far from gay as you can get. But it seems like when we talk he stands extremely close to me. I mean, to the point where i'm like nervous about body odor or my breath smelling. If we're both looking at the computer screen he kneels down next to my chair and leans over and uses my arm rest as on of his arm rests. Thats how close.... it bugs me.
I dont as im very careful about invading peoples space, many may get offended or simply not want to be touched, also theres the danger that you could be accused of doing something wrong. Sad isn't it, what a world we live in.
I don't touch people when I talk to them nor does anyone do that to me. It's a little weird but not too weird.
im usually doing something else besides talking to people while talking to them, and i think its kinda weird to touch them
Tim started it - in both cases! And yes, I can also do quotes from "The Princess Bride" and some Shakespeare!
Depend on the situation and who am I talking with. I won't touch people I just met, that would be impolite plus that person might not like it.
I usually start with a hand on their knee. If they don't object I gradually move it up the top of the thigh then around to the inside. It's all downhill from there and I'm off to happy land. So I guess my answer is yes!
