Many people want to believe they are perfectly normal but in fact they know in their heart that something is wrong with them. Do you think you are abnormal somehow?
It depends, I don't find myself being abnormal to be the same as having something wrong with me. I tend to be good at everything I try, I can bend certain fingers right back to my hand, I can go days without sleep and barely feel it, among other oddities.
Everyone is abnormal in one way or another, that doesn't mean it should bother you though. If I was like everyone I know I wouldn't have gotten into webmastering and etc.
I like checksum's reply. It is possible that we are somehow different from normal population to engage in webmaster forums and website development.
well personally I think there's no such thing as "normal" the older you get I've found the truer it becomes everyone's so worried about stacking up against everyone else when you're younger as you get older, you don't change - you just become "more you" as you get more comfortable with yourself and your "oddities" I'm concerned that you view your oddities as something WRONG as far as I'm concerned if it's not hurting yourself or others, there's NOTHING wrong with you! let your freak flag fly!!! seriously. vanessa.
I think I'm normal, but I think my only abnormality is that I have the will to fight anything in my way. Doesn't matter how big they are, I believe the only difference is the harder they fall. Sometimes it gets me in trouble, and sometimes it gets me in debt. But my abnormality is that I just don't know how to quit.... Don't know how to kneel.
you know when you pull a finger and you hear 'click' ?people say that`s not good for your fingers in time and I will never play the piano.Anyway,I can snap my fingers like that almost every 10 minutes, and I can do the same things with my legs, from the middle of the leg, argh, don`t know the word for that...it`s when you walk that part is bending all the time.Anyway,I can snap that too.is that normal?
My husband and I like our "abnormalities" I have a certain pride in being different, not just conforming to the norm or what would ordinarily be expected. We look at life and "work" in a different way to a lot of people. We don't work at a conventional "job" with conventional hours. We "make money while we sleep" even if currently it is very little. Sometimes we live our lives reversed... up all night, sleep during the day... when it suits us better. We home educate our son. And, no doubt, many more abnormalities! Vive le difference!
No, not really.. I really like the way I look, and I still have a long time to develop..I am tall though lol, but I like that..I am very muscular and big for my age..So I'm very happy with myself.. I'm not perfect though..
I was born with an 'extra' thumb not to mention who knows how may social deficiencies I have So yeah, Normalville: Population not me
Abnormal or different? I think most people think they're different ah but we all do percieve things differently (for example: life). Abornomal? Different? Of course I am
yeah I got this nervous twitch, when I come across a thread I think is stupid, I'll say something like, "this is fucking stupid" and leave .....
Think? ha! I know I'm abnormal. If there is a conventional way of doing anything, it's in my nature to circumvent it and do it the hard/weird way.
I guess I can say that I'm normal because I'm not perfect.... that's normal! If I was perfect then I'm not normal. --Joe
