Do you think Windows Operating Systems are incredibly over rated?

    Considering that Mac Os X runs much smoother overall (but more expensive, that really helped windows)

    Linux OS's don't lack any features comparing to Windows these days for the most part.

    Bill Gates and/or some people were just good with marketing I guess!

    Windows has no business dominating to the extent it has / does as far as I'm concerned.


    Don't you just want to smack the guy who invented Captchas, they're so annoying. I wish that the (probably less effective but much less annoying) alternatives would be considered more often . . .

    No, I don't think so.

    Being a windows user I feel its good. May be Mac OS is over-rated. :eek:

    The Mac Os's are super expensive and should be fast and reliable for such a price.

    However the Windows OS works great and its cheap and affordable and works 99% of the time.

    I never tried different OS other than Windows. I like Windows, overall, it's good OS. Even for mobile I prefer Windows Mobile.

    MAC is good in graphic viewing while Windows is good in document and folders. I used to plugin my thumbdrive to my Windows laptop it load very slow. yes, my photos are very big file size. But, when I changed to plugin to a MACbook, my photos load pretty fast. In my opinion, for those graphic designer, use MACbook for work is better; while for Admin or people who work more on documentation, can consider Windows.

    Windows is easy to use and handy. Most of the games based on windows :) What not linux/mac? Because windows is popular no1 can reached their position :)

    MACs have their group of worshippers.
    That will get a MAC because it's a MAC.
