Do You Think This CPA Affiliate Marketing Idea Would Work?

    I have a massive 100 GB package of products with PLR and MRR rights. I'm trying to sell it for $17 but so far I haven't been able to make one sale. I'm seriously thinking about giving it away to anyone who is willing to fill out 5 CPA offers. What do you think of this idea?
