    Its fine... no issue... as adsense still not developed anything to detect the image setting if any...

    and more off there is nothing wrong in the placement

    of course it's against tos since january 2007. ask adsense team and you'll know.

    It is against the TOS,rather remove it. It is not worth trying to get away with it and in the end getting your account suspended.

    Blatantly against Adsense TOS - you need to move those images away from the ads pronto (just search on the net concerning how many people have been banned doing just this).

    It may work to bring in more clicks, but if you get banned you can kiss your earnings goodbye if they are not already paid out.

    it is against tos. 4pr domain.. hmmm. hope its getting more visits because alexa says 3mill.

    on the right a link unit is labeled and on the left there is a labeled ad unit that is a big no no also.
