Hi guys, I am in the process of creating a website and I have blue words on the green background (look at the image) and I just can not decide whether it is readable or not. What do you think ? Dont you think I should choose a lighter background ? Many thanks for all your opinions !

It's nice color scheme but i would use this for a serious site... such a financial site or something.

It's okay but I think the background color would be better if it was just a shade of gray..

My view, use black for text and a light color for background

in my opinion it is not readable.
you should use lighter background and darker font.
for better "matching" colors use colorschemedesigner.com

The colors themselves work well together but there's not enough contrast - either darken up the blue or lighten up the background.

You should definitely use a lighter background, good choice for the font color though.. I rarely use black as a font color especially on corporate sites.

I'd say make the BG either Lime Green, wouldn't look so nice though....so make the blue a bit Lighter see how it looks. Combine them together lighter/darker, mess around with it...right now it looks very dull.

hey chodel, if i were you, i would take a lighter background so as to make the words you wrote down outstanding. also the colors of the text and background are a little similar.
