    Using a different tool I get:

    The domain name has a PageRank value of 2. The domain name DOES NOT appear to be banned.

    The domain name has Backlinks and no Listings. The domain name DOES appear to be banned.

    All I can say is that my site is yet to be indexed and the fact that I still have a PR perhaps suggests that I am not banned.

    That is my conclusion.
