No i have it installed in my server. But on my ftp client there no file like single.php

this means that in the post loop the excerpt is automatically determined...

No idint use anything. I just installed this theme. Download it from online. It was a premium theme, i liked it and some one leaked it so i downloaded it.

 

Fixed. I deleted the lines you mentioned. Can you help me with another thing. I want to lenghten the post detail a bit. I mean they show less lines. I want my blog to show atleast 5 to 7 lines of my post.

thats what the more tag is.... insert this <!--more--> manually wherever you want your post to cut off on the front page...there is also an icon in wordpress editor that will do it

 

put that code back in and post functions.php page

 

also post single.php
