I have used them as a host in the past, and I had a so-so experience. Most of the time (97%) things were good, but it was a pain in the butt whenever they did maintenance or upgrades. Things just stopped working for no reason, and the only way to figure out how to get everything working again was to go to their forums and ask what happened. Their communication was poor... Maybe things are different now, but that's what I experienced. But the uptime was good. Webmail was a bit spotty at times, but overall, no major complaints.
