Do you think offering lifting paypal limitation is legal?

I have seen someone on this forum offer help for a fee, and I wonder will it against US law, will it against Paypal policy?

If it's legal, then it will be a very good service, wich can earn some $ :D

Against the law/illegal, I'm not positive. Against PayPal's policy, definately. The reason why most people would need such a service is because they've used false information. Therefore the "unlimiter" creates false documents to match the false info provided by the other party.

The user agreement can be found here:

most of the time they remove the limit by making fake documents in photoshop... so its very illegal... because if you get limited then you dont need others make the fake documents for you... a limited account can be restore by sending the real documents of the account owner... i got limited twice for different IP.... and i have no problem remove the limits from my account using my dirver lic. and CC statement and phone bill copy....

If they provide illegal means of lifting it then it is definitely wrong. From what I see here, most offer fake documents or just trying to make a quick buck by further scamming the one who has the limited account.

From what I see, the only way in which someone can remove his or her own limited account is by him or herself and no one else can help in this case, apart from providing advise.

Most who cannot get their accounts lifted are most likely engaged in illegal activities, provided fake information, are underaged or logging in from a non-paypal support country. They are probably found out by Paypal and instead of doing a straight ban, they are given a chance to redeem themselves if Paypal is wrong about their conclusion.

However, in the end, both parties (the one who has their accounts limited) and the one offering helps are probably engaged in some illegal or activities which are a breach of their contractual agreement with Paypal and they simply do not care about what is right and wrong.
