After defeating Hilary, and a recent poll showing 54% positive is he THE MAN for the prestigious post.

What would happen if you have an individual running the country, they run it based on their viewpoints and the people's just like the government should and it is as with Obama, nothing more nothing less, no discussions. He's going to "effect" it just as any president does, opportunist McCain, and all the presidents of the past, they do their job...(!), it's really THAT simple. Where's the significance, lol? What "effect" are you expecting, considering he's a normal candidate like everyone else.

 

A President can't really do anything that congress doesnt allow him to.

but the problem is his views on world at large remain a mystery !

all he does well is utter "Change"
