Do you think Name.com is reliable?

I have many names at name.com day by day.
but i don't know name.com's reputation.
does it could be possible something like has system mistake that cause our names lose?or something else.
name.com not like godaddy is large registrar.
do you think it's reliable?

 

I don't know either, but being a user of name.com, their service is good so far, tickets are replied to very quickly.

 

name.com & domainsite.com are sister companies based out of the same office in Denver. I've used them for ~5 years with no problems.

There is no such thing as a perfect registrar
I had some problems with domainsite.com / name.com at the past but they were solved quickly
