Do you think Lalt Modi would be back at the helm?

I personally feel that Modi has not done anything drastic, as the media makes out. he may have manipulated to have his way, but I don't think he has committed any fraud.

Many don't know that Lalit Modi is already a business tycoon. he owns Godfrey Phillips. his father has many companies under his belt. I don't find any reason for a man to commit such frauds, as some suggest. he should be making a comeback to the helm of IPL affairs.

Non transparency in the operations breed corruption and so there is every possibility that he did make some quick buck (more than 80 million $)! Just because he belongs to a rich family, does not mean that he did not siphon these funds in an unethical way! :(

You are absolutely right, $80 million, just to manipulate some paper proofs, it could happen!

Well he already have criminal cases in USA and found guilty to sell drugs so I have no doubt on his involvement in this scandal.

He had excellent event organising skills but too bad... he fell for the lure of the money and fame!
A mind once corrupt... will always remain corrupt.

As they say.... Old habits die hard! :(

It would be very difficult for him to return after all the adverse publicity. The IPL itself is bigger than one man anyway.
