Do you think John McCain is tool old to be president?

He's not the one that elected to take a teleprompter everywhere now... he actually does better in informal settings than Obama, who *does* need notes. That explains why Obama is unwilling to meet him in town-hall formats that McCain has been challenging him to all along.

If you have a better explanation why Obama is afraid to face him in that venue, toss it out. It would be a great chance to talk specifics which is what everyone says they want, but Obama wont agree to meet him in a head to head town hall meeting. Whence the fear?

 

Is it safe for him to show up there? Is it safe to have McCain supporters and Obama supporters in the same room? This country is full a bunch of racist people and maybe its unsafe for him to show up at those meetings. Maybe that's the reason.

 

No, it isnt. He meets in public all the time, so put the race card away and come up with a plausible reason he is unwilling to meet McCain in an unscripted format where he'd be forced to think on his feet. Odd that such a superior being couldnt handle the comparison. You know he's a rookie... HE knows he's a rookie... and he isnt willing to expose that fact.
